Job Type: Full-time (Days vary; guaranteed 2 consecutive or scheduled days off per week)

Compensation: $18.75 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout our property. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in hospitality, custodial operations, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering five-star guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, mentor, and schedule the housekeeping staff; assist with hiring and performance evaluations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and units to ensure strict compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Operations & Scheduling: Develop and enforce cleaning routines, deep-cleaning schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor, track, and order cleaning supplies, equipment, and in-unit inventory while managing departmental budget allocations.
• Payroll & Admin: Process team timesheets and assist with housekeeping payroll administration.
• Guest & Owner Relations: Address and resolve guest or property owner inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and property management teams to ensure seamless room turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior supervisory or management experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or hospitality/hotel operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, chemical safety (OSHA standards), and commercial floor care techniques.
• Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, organize, and direct a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Organization: Strong time-management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-Oriented: High standard of cleanliness and quality control.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
