Snelling Staffing is actively recruiting a versatile Videographer for an immediate, career-focused opening with an established legal practice in Miramar Beach. This distinctive role is designed for an adaptable professional who thrives in a multi-faceted environment, bridging the gap between polished corporate administration and creative multimedia production.

In this position, you will serve as a foundational asset to the firm’s daily operations and public presentation. If you possess a sharp eye for administrative precision, maintain a strong command of video capture and editing software, and enjoy a role where no two days look exactly the same, this position offers an exceptional framework for your skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Coordination: Manage daily front office workflow, process confidential legal correspondence, organize digital archives, and maintain seamless internal communication.
  • Multimedia Production: Technical execution of all video initiatives, including equipment management, on-set recording, and post-production editing utilizing the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Event & Field Logistics: Coordinate travel and technical setups for off-site assignments, including filming at client residences and assisting with regional educational seminars.
  • System Management: Efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and cloud storage platforms like Dropbox to ensure all administrative and media assets are secured and organized.

 

Position Requirements

We are seeking a reliable, self-directed professional with a strong foundation of practical experience and a commitment to operational excellence.

  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated background balancing administrative responsibilities alongside practical video recording and editing duties.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, Dropbox file management, and industry-standard Adobe editing suites.
  • Logistics & Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation necessary for local travel to client sites and seminar venues.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ability to adapt your daily schedule or work occasional overtime to accommodate live evening seminars or time-sensitive field projects.
  • Compliance: High School Diploma or GED required; must be willing to complete standard pre-employment drug screening and background verification.

 

Work Environment

This role requires a consistent physical presence to maintain office continuity and production standards. This is a 100% strictly in-office position located in Miramar Beach, paired with scheduled local travel for field production. Because of the collaborative, hands-on nature of legal operations and media tracking, remote work or work-from-home schedules are completely unavailable. Candidates desiring a remote arrangement need not apply.
