About the Role

Snelling Staffing is actively recruiting a skilled Videographer for an immediate, career-focused opening with an established legal practice in Miramar Beach. This specialized role is designed for a focused production professional who will take total ownership of the firm’s multimedia initiatives, managing everything from the initial shoot to the final cut.

In this position, you will serve as the creative and technical force behind the firm’s public presentation and media documentation. If you possess a sharp eye for visual storytelling, absolute technical command of video capture and editing software, and the drive to handle high-stakes corporate and field production, this position offers an exceptional framework for your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Multimedia Production: Technical execution of all video initiatives, including equipment management, lighting setups, audio capture, and on-set recording.
• Post-Production Editing: Advanced editing, color grading, and audio mixing of high-quality, professional video content utilizing the Adobe ecosystem.
• Event & Field Logistics: Coordinating travel and technical setups for off-site assignments, including filming at client residences and managing media/AV logistics for regional educational seminars.
• Asset Management: Maintaining meticulous, structured digital archives using Dropbox to ensure all raw footage and finalized media assets are secured and easily accessible.

Position Requirements

We are seeking a reliable, self-directed professional with a strong foundation of practical experience and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Professional Experience Required: Advanced mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) and disciplined digital file management habits established within a professional setting. We are looking for an experienced corporate or commercial production professional—casual social media posting and hobby editing do not meet the criteria for this role.
• Logistics & Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation necessary for local travel to client sites and seminar venues.
• Operational Flexibility: Ability to adapt your daily schedule or work occasional overtime to accommodate live evening seminars or time-sensitive field projects.
• Compliance: High School Diploma or GED required; must be willing to complete standard pre-employment drug screening and background verification.

Work Environment

This role requires a consistent physical presence to maintain production continuity and project standards. This is a 100% strictly on-site and in-the-field position located in Miramar Beach, paired with frequent local travel for field production. Because of the collaborative, hands-on nature of our legal media production and tracking, remote work or work-from-home schedules are completely unavailable. Candidates desiring a remote arrangement need not apply.
