What You’ll Be Doing

• Installation and Repairs: Install, adjust, and repair windows and doors in homes and commercial buildings.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues such as air leaks, broken seals, and hardware problems.
• Customer Support: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain issues, answer questions, and recommend solutions.
• Quality and Safety: Follow industry best practices to complete work safely and maintain high quality standards.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and share knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Experience in window and door installation is a plus, but we also value experience in related areas such as carpentry, general construction, home maintenance, or mechanical trades. We are open to training candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Skills: Comfortable using basic hand tools and able to follow instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
