Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time LPN Job – Panama City, FL (Long-Term Position)

Pay: $18–$21 per hour (DOE + performance reviews)
Increase: Additional $1 per hour after 90 days upon transition to employer payroll
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No Fridays)

LPN Requirements

• Active Florida LPN license
• 2+ years of LPN experience preferred (Motivated new graduates may be considered)
• Strong computer and EMR skills (Experience with Medisoft or Mediclinical is a plus)
• Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and work efficiently
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Must be a non-smoker (no exceptions)
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

LPN Responsibilities

• Escort and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Coordinate and assist with injections and clinical workflows
• Use EMR software to document patient information accurately
• Support providers and team members to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment

Dress Code

• Solid-color medical scrubs (no prints or patterns)
• Tennis shoes
