General Laborer 

• Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour
• Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Panama City, FL

 Key Responsibilities

• Heavy Physical Labor: Engage in daily tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy materials in all Florida weather conditions.
• Site Support and Cleanup: Maintain facility cleanliness, clear debris, and assist with the general maintenance of outdoor spaces to ensure a safe work environment.
• Safety and Teamwork: Strictly follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards, utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and communicate effectively with your crew.

Position Requirements

• Unmatched Reliability: A strict, zero-tolerance policy is maintained for no-calls and no-shows. If you accept a shift, you are expected to be on-site and on time.
• Physical Grit: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs consistently, and work comfortably in extreme heat and outdoor industrial elements.
• Background Screening: Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
