Position: Temporary General Laborer

Location: West End of Panama City Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour + Typical Overtime

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (3-Day Weekends)

This is a physical, outdoor role perfect for individuals who prefer active work and a consistent four-day schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely lift, carry, and transport materials to support site operations.
• Construction Assistance: Assist skilled trades with site prep, mixing concrete, and equipment setup/breakdown.
• Grounds Maintenance: Perform basic landscaping, debris removal, and minor repairs to outdoor structures.
• Loading & Unloading: Manually load or unload trucks and containers.
• Site Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Reliable Transportation: You must provide your own transportation to and from the job site on the West End of PCB.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to frequently lift and move 50–75 lbs unassisted throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Outdoor Endurance: Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, rain, and humidity).
• Punctuality: A strong work ethic and a history of being on time are required.
