Our lighting design firm is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team in Panama City. This role is essential to our manufacturing process, ensuring that every light fixture is assembled to our exact design specifications and quality standards.

Professional Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with basic hand tools and a natural aptitude for mechanical assembly.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow multi-step assembly instructions and identify minor discrepancies in parts or finishes.
Reliability: A professional work ethic with a commitment to consistent, on-time attendance.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Primary Responsibilities
Detailed Assembly: Execute the physical assembly of high-end interior light fixtures using a variety of hand tools and components.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual and structural inspections of finished goods to ensure they meet our brand’s aesthetic and safety requirements.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while meeting daily production targets.
Technical Compliance: Follow technical schematics and assembly guides to ensure the integrity of every product.

Weekly Pay: Employees are paid weekly on Wednesdays.
