Location: Panama City, Florida
We are seeking a Temp Clerical / Bookkeeping Assistant in Panama City, FL to support daily administrative and accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong data entry, bookkeeping, and Excel skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Perform accurate data entry and administrative support tasks
Provide clerical assistance including filing, document management, and record keeping
Assist with bookkeeping functions, including financial data processing
Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required)
Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office for daily communication and reporting
Support accounting processes using Sage BusinessWorks or QuickBooks
Typing speed of 45+ WPM
Advanced Excel proficiency is REQUIRED
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous clerical, administrative, or bookkeeping experience
Experience with Sage BusinessWorks preferred
QuickBooks experience accepted (Sage BusinessWorks is similar to QuickBooks)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
