WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Repair & Replace:
- Install, repair, and replace windows and doors in both residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshoot Issues:
- Identify and fix air leaks, broken seals, faulty mechanisms, and other window/door-related issues.
Deliver Top-Tier Customer Service:
- Communicate clearly with customers, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Prioritize Safety & Quality:
- Ensure all work meets industry safety standards and quality expectations.
Collaborate with the Team:
- Work alongside a skilled crew, sharing knowledge and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience:
- Previous experience as a window & door technician or in a related trade (carpentry, construction, or mechanical work) is preferred—but we are open to training motivated individuals!
Hands-On Skills:
- Basic carpentry and mechanical know-how will set you up for success.
Physical Stamina:
- This job requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Customer-Focused Attitude:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work directly with clients and ensure a positive experience.
Valid Driver’s License:
- A clean driving record is required, as you’ll operate company vehicles.
