Job Description:

Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for an Recruiter Trainee in Panama City, FL. This company is seeking a candidate that is eager to learn and is okay with starting at the bottom until Experience is gained. The right candidate should have the ability to learn quickly and the ability to work as a team. This facility is regularly sanitized and is following all social distancing guidelines.

To be considered, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:

• Excellent Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Email, etc.
• Comfortable with phones (75% of the job is dealing with clients, candidates and employee’s by phone)
• Customer Service experience preferred 
• Stellar Communication Skills
• The right candidate should be able to type 40+wpm
• Must be friendly, trustworthy and detail oriented
• Willing to submit to a drug screen
• Clean Criminal Record (Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company)
