What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain advanced machinery (e.g., CNC routers, Rip saws, Moulders) to create high-quality custom millwork products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure precision in every cut, shape, and detail.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for various production needs.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or millwork environment (Moulder experience is a plus!).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-tier work.
• A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with the latest equipment.
