Position: Insurance Sales Agent Industry: Group Insurance
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $40,000 per year + Commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm (subject to change based on work sites)

Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for an Insurance Sales Agent in Panama City, FL. This company is seeking a candidate that has ample sales experience. This facility is regularly sanitized and is following all social distancing guidelines.
To be considered, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:
Previous Sales Experience (Required)
Ability to build relationships with customers
Strong since of urgency and the imitative to get things done
Ambitious professional that is motivated by the ability to grow and learn
Group Insurance Sales License (Preferred)
Excellent Communication Skills
Positive Attitude is a a must!
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Own, Reliable Transportation to and from job sites
Own Cell Phone for Work Related Exertions
Ability to travel and work overtime
Valid Driver’s License
Submit to a drug screen
Clean Criminal Record (Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company)
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
