What You’ll Be Doing:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality custom millwork products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and machine settings to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to keep CNC machines running smoothly.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing or millwork environment.
• Strong ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery (experience with CNC routers is a plus!).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to precision and quality.
• A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
