Position: Account Coordinator / Admin Assistant
Type: Long Term / Full Time / Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Panama City Beach, FL
Pay: $45,000 to $50,000 per year (DOE)

Panama City Beach based company that specializes in countertops for residential and commercial properties is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator / Admin Assistant.


The position will be required for the following duties:

  • Receiving new jobs via online portals
  • Entering & Processing data
  • Client relations
  • Performing measurement take-off’s
  • Compiling quotations and sale breakdowns
  • Project management through all phases
  • Scheduling various job phases – measurement, material inspections, installations, post service follow up
  • Must be highly proficient in cloud based software
  • 3-5 years prior experience in similar Administrative field required
  • Ability to read blue prints and cabinet plans will be a great benefit
  • Compensation will be based on candidate experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the stone industry is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with SPS software and plus


In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing accounts, providing customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. This role requires working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects. This is a full-time, long term position.
