Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for matching top talent with exciting career opportunities, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find the perfect candidates to meet their staffing needs.


  1. Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Job Postings and Advertising:
    • Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Utilize innovative recruitment marketing techniques to promote job opportunities and the agency’s brand.
  4. Interview and Selection Process:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
    • Provide clients with detailed candidate profiles and recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
  5. Negotiation and Onboarding:
    • Negotiate job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
    • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the agency’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting recruitment and staffing.
    • Participate in professional development activities and training to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.


  • Excellent Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Email, etc.
  • Comfortable with phones (75% of the job is dealing with clients, candidates and employee’s by phone)
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Stellar Communication Skills
  • The right candidate should be able to type 40+wpm
  • Must be friendly, trustworthy and detail oriented
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
