Job Description:

Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Production Parts Puller on in Lynn Haven, FL. A production parts puller is an individual responsible for retrieving or pulling the necessary parts or components from storage or inventory to support the production process. Their primary role is to ensure that the required parts are readily available for assembly or manufacturing operations. This position is commonly found in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, or production lines.

The specific duties of a production parts puller may include:

• Reviewing work orders or production schedules to determine the parts and quantities needed.
• Locating and retrieving the required parts from storage areas, racks, or shelves.
• Verifying the accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
• Inspecting parts for any visible damage or defects.
• Properly labeling or tagging the parts for identification.
• Transporting the pulled parts to the designated production area or workstation.
• Recording the parts pulled, quantities, and any discrepancies in inventory records or systems.
• Assisting in inventory management, such as conducting stock counts or reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborating with other team members, such as production supervisors, material handlers, or assembly workers, to ensure a smooth flow of parts.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

To be considered, you must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or production setting
• Past experience with inventory management
• Pass a Drug Screen
• Clean Criminal Record (Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company)

Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for a production parts puller. They may use various tools or equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, barcode scanners, or inventory management software to perform their tasks efficiently
