Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant in Panama City Beach, FL. This position will be responsible for Assisting the company president with the daily administrative duties. The Executive Assistant should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include the following:

  • Answering Phone Calls and routing to the appropriate staff member
  • Collecting daily mail and disbursing as needed
  • Data Entry
  • Pulling Daily Reports
  • Assisting with various other administrative duties as requested
