Job Description: Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Contract Administrator / Homebuyer Coordinator in Panama City Beach, FL. This company is seeking a candidate that is service oriented and strives to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome. This facility is regularly sanitized and is following all social distancing guidelines.
To be considered, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:
Previous customer service experience
Computer program skills: MS Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous SAP CRM software is a plus
Has great attention to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
Tackles problems and takes independent action, seeks out new responsibilities, acts on opportunities, generates new ideas, practices self-development
Work a flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
Clean Criminal Record (Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company)
